Terms & Conditions for Tours & Sightseeing

We are K2SadparaGuides and look forward to being your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) outline what you can expect from us when you purchase travel services through us, as well as your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to K2SadparaGuides. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website or any other sales channel, booking a reservation through us, or otherwise using our services. These terms and conditions apply to all clients of K2SadparaGuides and affiliated companies.

  1. Day Tours

    • A booking is confirmed when fully paid by the client. Once we accept a booking and receive payment, the contract between K2SadparaGuides and the client becomes binding.
  2. Multi-Day Tours

    • A booking is confirmed when fully paid by the client or when a 30% deposit has been paid. Once we accept a booking and receive payment, the contract between K2SadparaGuides and the client becomes binding. The remaining 70% of the fee is payable by the client at the start of the tour, before departure.
  3. Client Responsibility

    • By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of K2SadparaGuides. You also confirm that you meet all conditions set by us and are physically able to follow our instructions and participate in all planned activities. If unsure, please contact our office.
    • Parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for damages caused by passengers under their care. Children (under 18 years) cannot use our services without an accompanying parent or guardian.
  4. Our Liability & Compensation

    • K2SadparaGuides accepts liability for the negligence of its employees causing direct physical injury to passengers only to the extent required by Pakistani law. We are not responsible for any mishap to you or your property, including consequences of flight cancellations, bad weather, vehicle accidents, strikes, sickness, government decisions, customs issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that we have taken all reasonable steps to safeguard our liability.
  5. Cancellation Policy

    • The advance deposit for all multi-day tours, packages, and group tours is non-refundable. It covers the cost of canceling your reservations, including third-party reservations and payment processing fees. The number of days initially booked cannot be canceled but may be extended. This cancellation fee does not apply if K2SadparaGuides cancels the booking. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  6. Changes and Cancellations by K2SadparaGuides

    • We reserve the right to change any facilities or services listed by us before you enter into a contract with us. We also reserve the right to cancel a booking due to weather or other conditions. Any changes are usually minor, and we will inform you at the earliest possible date. If a major change, such as a change in departure time, becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible before your tour begins. In such cases, you can accept the change, purchase another available tour from us, or cancel your tour, subject to clause 5 above.
  7. Change Fees

    • It is recommended not to change the itinerary once finalized to avoid delays and complications. However, if a client requests a change in the itinerary for a confirmed booking, K2SadparaGuides will apply change fees. The number of tour days initially booked may be extended by the client and will be charged accordingly by K2SadparaGuides.
